Another good day in the garden! These 4 year old twins had a wonderful time playing with their parents and exploring our pond and pathways. They even tried their hand at fishing with our handmade fishing poles!

More Summertime Portraits

In the last few weeks of August, we gathered this family together for a beautiful session near their home in Concord.

It was lots of fun, the kids were great, and we made some wonderful photographs!

After we photographed the whole family, we photographed each child in a location of their choice.























We gathered the family together for one last portrait on their front porch. I love the red painted wall behind them - what a fun place to photograph!

Drummer fills the studio with a whole lot of rhythm

I had the best time with Tom Foote the other day in the studio. He needed some PR shots for various usages as his debut CD, Drum Like an Animal, was just released. He played his drum for me and we had a blast. I listened to his new CD and it's great; the whole family was up and dancing around - check it out for yourself on CD Baby.com!

Author visits the studio

I had the pleasure of photographing the author of a book about one of America's foremost marine artists this week. It was fun to photograph this gentleman and I liked being able to use one of the artist's paintings as part of the background.

Fun with babies!

Photographing babies is always fun. I love trying to capture the many different aspects of their personalities.

This little one had such a beautiful face and cute little hands. What a sweetheart!

Great family Portrait Session

Sessions like this just make me smile! This was such a fun family. Lots of laughs, really cute kids, and lots of great photos came out of this session last month. Sorry it's taken so long to post them, but it's been pretty busy here.

Busy Days of Summer

It's been a fun summer over here. Lots of great portrait sessions, interesting jobs and, most importantly, lots of time outside. Check out this cute girl seen resting in a strawberry patch in June.





Other news of note is that the Pan Mass Challenge bike event to raise money for the Dana Farber Jimmy Fund was held last weekend. Over 5300 bicyclists rode their bicycles across Massachusetts (either from Sturbridge or Wellesley down to Bourne and then to Provincetown) over two days.
